Shipping and Delivery Information

Processing Times

All orders placed before noon EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 2 business days. Orders placed after noon EST on weekdays, weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Safety Precautions

Due to new safety precautions, please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Note that processing and shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons.

Tracking and Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the address provided on the order with your shipment’s tracking information. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the delivery status once an order has left our warehouse.

Order Modifications

Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Changes to the shipping address or the shipping method selected are not possible. Please contact us at concierge@vund.shop to make changes

Domestic Shipping Options and Costs

Vund offers free standard ground shipping for all full-price mainline orders within the United States. Orders are sent via UPS / FedEx Ground and typically arrive 2-3 business days after leaving our distribution center in Long ISland, NY. 


Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are automatically upgraded to UPS delivery at checkout.

Restrictions

We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment and do not ship to PO Boxes.

International Shipping Options and Costs

International shipping rates vary. UPS  and FedEx shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and the estimated weight of your package. All international deliveries require a signature upon receipt due to the high value of our products.

Failed Delivery and Returned Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, it will be returned to VUND at the customer’s expense. If the recipient is absent upon all delivery attempts, the package will be held at a local UPS / FedEx center for pick-up. If not collected, it will also be returned to VUND at the customer’s expense.

For international customers, refusing receipt of your package will lead to its return at your expense, including shipping costs and any incurred duties and taxes, which will be deducted from your refund.

Customs and Abandoned Packages

Packages held at customs for over 30 days will be deemed abandoned. Customers who abandon a package forfeit the right to an exchange or refund.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that is damaged or opened, please photograph the damage before inspecting the contents and submit a claim via the courier. Additionally, please contact us at concierge@vund.shop.
