Return Conditions

Candles  must be returned within fourteen days of receipt to qualify for a refund, exchange, or replacement. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Please note that opened and used candles cannot be accepted for return. You are welcome to recycle this with our partner at PACT Collective ( insert link here to recycle page) 

Return Process

  • Contact Us: Reach out to obtain a Return Authorization Number and a prepaid shipping label. This number is crucial for tracking your return and ensuring efficient processing.

  • Ship the Goods: Use the provided shipping label to return the goods to our facility. Please ensure that items are securely packaged.

    Processing

    We will process your return as quickly as possible. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Your refund, replacement, or exchange will then be processed.

    Refunds

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 working days after we receive the returned goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.
